About Us
The Capital District Fusion is a girls' fast pitch softball organization in the Albany, NY area that consists of athletes from the Capital Region. We also welcome athletes from other areas in New York and surrounding states.
Mission Statement
Further develop skills and expectations of our girls in all aspects of the game, including
- Enhancing fundamental skills in pitching, fielding, hitting, running, and throwing
- Providing opportunities to compete at the highest level of play
- Preparing for high school and collegiate levels of play
- Teaching respect for coaches, teammates, adults, and opposing team players and staff
- Teaching respect for the game and total commitment
- Developing strong friendships, confidence, and respect
